Well, its been a while since i last making / baking bread from home. Almost lost my touch over the dough. Still believing that PRACTICE MAKE PERFECT. Kinda hard to get perfect dough especially when you have to knead with hand manually...huh.. Anyway the result make me smile at the end of the process...
